Better Than Crabs

Saw this last night and going in I had super high expectation as someone told me “it’s better than Wedding Crashers”. I’ll agree to disagree. I’ll admit there’s some great parts in it but it doesn’t match the Wedding Crashers consistency.

Don’t get me wrong. I liked the movie and laughed quite frequently and even enjoyed spotting some of his “action figure toys” in the background that I have sitting here on my shelves — okay I only saw one and I haven’t got any new ones in a long time — alright back to the movie.

Steve Carell throws out another solid comedic performance. There’s just something about him. If you’re not sure who he is, think Brick in Anchorman, the “possessed” news guy in Bruce Almighty and he also stars in NBC’s The Office — the US version of the British hit.

And to finish my crappy review I must say that the musical number at the end of the movie was simply awesome.

So to conclude if you like comedies and need to get to the movies check this one out it has some solid moments for sure.
