Comment Spam

One of my entries has been bombarded by comment spam today which has made me turn on an “approval” system just to help prevent it. It’s very simple however in that if you’ve commented before you should be good and if you’re a new commenter I just need to “approve” your comment once and you’re good to go for the rest of eternity. A mini-minor inconvenience to start but it should clear up all the spammer splam spam.

    But, your forgetting the best spam of all.
    What about the viagra? Or the Remedy Vitamins?
    It seems like my sites get more “Comment & Referrer Spam” about medicine and drugs, then anything else.
