Say What? I Made Progress?

Well it’s looking like this three sites in three weeks thing just might happen. After starting today sicker than a person who isn’t sick I kicked it in to high gear in late afternoon which turned to evening which turned to late evening which turned to holy crap the dog is going to wake me up in 4 hours. What does this mean you ask? Murderfly Multimedia almost has a web site.
I worked on a layout and some copy for about nine hours today and I’m happy with the layout for the most part, I still need to work on the navigation part of it, a funky coding problem that seems to be happening that I can’t quite put my finger on yet and the sub page context/look/copy but this should get done in another day. I then hopefully have a crack team of proofers and word wizards running over the text and correcting my mistakes and making what I have written down actual sound good. Truth be told I suck at putting words together to sound “proper” or whatever it is they are supposed to sound like. To prove this point more I actually said the following during my thesis presentation “Oh well, I’m not a word wizard” and I think this was in reference to confusing astronomy with astrology which actually had nothing to do with my thesis presentation and certainly has nothing to do with this post.
So where do I stand? 1.5 sites in 2.2 weeks so far (or something close to that anyway). By golly I just might do it.
I also really need to get this done as I need to get moving and get a client list growing as well insurance costs are due at the end of the month (and end of December then over with for a year) and well I have a house now to furnish and pay for. So if you have potential clients, if you are a potential client or if you just want to give me some money, stay posted or post a comment everything should be fully operational in a couple of days.
