Poor Mr. Spinach

Well to follow up the story I posted last night it’s only fitting that Domino has killed another one of his toys. This time it was one of his favourites in Mr. Spinach (no clue why that’s his name but that’s what we called him).
This was the toy that Dom loved playing fetch with from 7 AM till midnight and if you wanted him off your case a good distraction with Mr. Spinach always worked. Not anymore I guess. The good man lost his leg and his guts, that’s a tough way to go.
I posted about this in the comments but I decided to post a picture of the wreckage as well. I did take a picture of Dom with the toy in his mouth and all the fluff surrounding him but for some reason it didn’t read to the memory card so we have to settle for the one above with Mr. Spinach staring in shock at his insides and leg.

Sigel, my Irish Wolfhound, used to swallow my daughter’s socks whole. (She was five at the time).
I remember standing in the backyard holding Sigel’s leash while he did the oh-oh-I’m-trying-to-poop twirl and wondering how many socks he managed to find while I was at work that day.
He survived the repeated socks trekking through his innards just fine. The vet said that most anything that makes it down their throats without choking them will be okay in the end. Cheery fellow, my vet. He went to Pickle Lake.
The great sock migration ended about the time that Sigel spit out a tooth in my hand. The dog is long gone but I still have the hound’s tooth. *sigh, I miss my big wiener schnitzel*

HAHA. Silly dogs.
I honestly don’t mind him eating the insides etc, he usually spits it all back out. My main concern right now is that he’s running out of toys in an alarming rate and soon he might move on to my precious geek toys.
