Name In Lights

Well sort of, more of a headline I guess. This story on Sootoday.com features a news release from the NOHFC (similar to this one) but Sootoday’s is better as my name is in the headlines. I guess this finally makes the “grant” official and I’ve been working on it pretty much since last January with my good friend Tony (or Anthony because lots of people get confused when you say Tony) who was working at the Enterprise Centre in town but has moved on to bigger and better things.
It’s great that this is finally “announced” now as I was told I had to keep it “hush hush” since I was approved in July but I did start telling some people etc because it’s been so long. Now it’ll be even better if they actually start sending the checks off for reimbursement which I’ve been waiting on since late October but that’s another story all in itself.
To those who helped and supported me to get this bad boy, thank you very much. To those who didn’t it looks like you owe me some money ![]()

LTVnews covered the story with an article What An Opportunity!! and the Sault Star (our local newspaper) covered the story on December 15th with a story titled Plan benefits Sault young entrepreneurs written by Nicolina Lanni.
