Musician’s Night

Last night was probably the best musician’s night I’ve been to but then again I’ve only been to two of them so I guess it all depends on how much you trust me.
A lot of “old faces” from the Sault’s music scene appeared and jumped up on stage to play with old and new friends and it made for some killer music. I can’t describe the night good enough I’ll just let you view some of my shots.
I tried getting a picture of everyone who performed last night and once again I was lazy and did no cropping/photo editing etc. Maybe one day I won’t be a lazy ass and do something. Also the lighting was lower than the previous week so some of the pics came out quite blurry so I tried some “artistic” impression on some of them. And to finish off with “excuses” one pic in the gallery is flushed out with someone else’s flash but the pose was good so I kept the shot — it definitely would have been better if it weren’t for those “amateurs”.
And now to list the musician’s who played and are featured in the photo’s to follow:
Big Wheel and the Spokes (Jay Case, Frank Deresti, Cliff Alloy — also the hosts of the night), Adam Fiore, Jodi Alton (Alberta, Canada), Chris Johns, Nick Jackson (London, England), Craig West, Ed Young, Felipe Basoalto (Chile), Matt Finateri, Luke McCullogh, Chris Suraci, Eugene Gassi and finally Mike Robilliard. If I got your name totally wrong please let me know as I’m going by “sound” on these.
Now check out the gallery: Musician’s Night Gallery
EDIT: And to give credit where credit is due it was Mr. Andrew Ross’ idea to simply move the camera around on the slow shutter speed with the low light as the pictures were coming out blurry anyway.
