Belsito’s Facelift
Posted in Music by CujoJanuary 6th, 2006 - 9:6 PM
As we all know Belsito the person does need a facelift either to repair his dreaded “double chin” or that crazy curly curl that he gets starting song two of a three song or longer set but this is about his website. For the record I, nor Murderfly Multimedia have any control over what is currently happening there. Although we do plan a major overhaul as soon as Mr. Belsito figures out whan he wants.
The “staff” at the website made a nice colour change and to be honest I do like the colour. However the graphics on the site were set up for the puke brown tone so there’s a bit of throw up mixed and with some puke and you get some problems. Anyway a new site for the “Extreme Makeover Belsito Edition” shall be around soon. I promise — but I don’t really. It’ll be done before Belsito’s next CD anyway which means I have a couple of years
This post was mainly about me making fun of Belsito. As a side note he has uploaded “Growing Up In the Universe” for download which is probably my favourite song off of the Fade Dissolve coaster… errr I mean CD.

Much easier on the eyes much worse on the graphics. I guess it can act as motivation for the both of us to get something out for him.
Sootoday article? When?
January 7th, 2006 at 7:46 pm
I plug Belsito and his site all the time on SooToday.com. Apparently Rab is the only one who notices. Now if Rab could just learn to spell the name of the website…
At least West occasionally provides a link back to my plugs for Startlefish and his website.
Maybe future Belsito plugs should be more sarcastic to be closer to Belsito website staff’s style.
Better yet, it seems about time for a new case study.

I knew he got “name drops” all the time but it just sounded like he had a whole article about him recently which I never found. So I think Rab is a little behind the times mostly. Crazy people in Sudbury I tell ya, I think there’s something in all those rocks.

Awww. poor Chris. Did we hurt your feelings?

Don’t be mean to Chris - see Chris, someone sticks up for ya

Site looks better to me. You mean you’re not responsible for the improvement?
January 8th, 2006 at 7:54 pm
Thanks Jes! How can you tolerate that Curt guy?

Good question….

That tricky Belsito has been doing work since this post. Once again I admit the site colour is better but the graphics on the nav and side thingies etc were off. It looks like that “Chris guy” has fixed them up a little bit. He’s very sneaky you know.

I think the teal colour is worse than the brown. That is probably because I chose the brown in the first place, but the teal is uck.

So now you’re not sticking up for Chris anymore?

I liked the brown when Turbulence came out. It matched the CD. Now, the brown makes me frown.

Where did the pictures of your dog go?
January 8th, 2006 at 8:00 pm
Well maybe if you made a decision as to what you wanted in a site or RETURNED EMAILS we would have something done for you by now
What pictures? Where?
Jes has a crap load in her photo gallery on her site is that what you’re talking about?

Chris doesn’t have any feelings to hurt so there’s no need for anyone to stick up for him.
But I like the teal anyway. Teal and dark purple are my favorite colours most times. Besides, the brown was becoming tiresome, especially after revisiting the site so many times to find no updates.
Okay, I know the man got a real life and all, but after being spoiled with near daily updates for about two years, it was really toasting my bread to find nothing new for weeks on end.
I’m also sort of glad, in my own twisted way, that I’m not the only one whose email he seldom returns. LOL
And, after seeing what he did to that picture, I’m glad he has none of me… or hopefully not, anyway.
Oh, and while I’m here… Pug. I vote Pug. Not just because A voted Basset either. I vote Pug because different is good and because you already said that’s what you want. Do your research and, if it turns up questionable, look a little further. Besides they are just TOO CUTE!
