Successful January

Well in the blogosphere for good ole Better Than Crabs (that’s where you are now) January was definitely the best month so far for us. Some interesting stats:

Unique Visitors: 823
Visits: 2337 (avg 2.83/visitor)
Most Popular Story: Basset Hound or Pug
Add to Favourites: 30 visitors

The unique visitors almost doubles the site’s last high total of 444 (Dec 2005) which was also a huge rise over the usual 273 that we seemed to be the average hit in 3 previous months. The visits number is higher again but the average is a bit lower which possible means people visit once then leave often or all of the uniques only visit once or twice in the month. I think I have the usual 10-30 readers then droppers in from various places. But you never really know I guess.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by and reading. And thanks for commenting on stories as well. It definitely lets me know that people are out there.
