Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Domino running with my mitt
Domino running with my mitt he stole as I was taking the camera out of my new funky backpack camera case.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Start of the journey
This is the start of our trek. The majority of the following pics are self explanatory so I’ll lay off the commenting (hopefully). They are in sequential order as well — and sorry for all the “dog bum shots”.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Happy Running Domino - Yes Basset Hounds can run
One of my favourite Domino pictures.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - The Bridge
The bridge.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Two shots of something
Okay this is where I lied. These two aren’t in sequential — picture on the left taken before the running Domino pic, pic on the right taken now.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - The Shack
The Shack.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Another bridge
Another bridge.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - A dug out path
A view of a mini uphill climb. We had a big snow fall the previous couple of days but the path was nicely packed for us.

Fort Creek - Feb 25 - Snow Covered Branches
Some snow covered branches and the end of the picture journey.

EDIT: Seeing as I’m a complete idiot and forgot an intro I’ll add this here. I’ve gone unconventional for my site and have made a large picture laden post of the trip through Fort Creek Conservation Area located in Sault Ste. Marie that Domino (the Basset Hound), Jes and I took back on February 25th. Yes it was awhile ago but I’ve been busy but it’s here now. It’s also the debut of my new category “Photography”.

Awesome photos! I feel like my mits are wet from playing in the snow, and I could use a hot chocolate.

HEHE. Surprisingly enough that was actually a really nice day. I walked through without my mitts on and I think I undid the jacket as well.

The camera is certainly awesome and I realized last night while resizing some pics that it takes photos 48 x 32 inches (or something like that — that’s crazy talk).
