July 4: Firework Photography
Posted in Photography by CujoJuly 17th, 2006 - 11:17 PM

Well in my normal two week delay I’ve finally got to uploading the complete photo gallery of the Fourth of July Fireworks I shot on the 4th of July of course.
I was quite happy with my results so you better be happy with them too. Here’s the sad thing, I realized today that my pics from this weekend didn’t turn out like my usually aswesome photography because I forgot to reset my ISO rating for going back to the bar shots etc and I was stuck on ISO 100 from the fireworks shots. You live and learn I guess.

I love shooting 100 ISO, for that extra depth and colour. I guess that wouldn’t be so great for the quick movements of our friendly local musicians though - unless, of course, you’re going for artsy.
Meh. I thought your blogelation shots looked pretty good, regardless.

Thanks for the compliments Mark. I keep trying to better myself from my last shots every time I’m out and that’s why I’m disappointed with the way some of the Second Stage stuff turned out. Especially now realizing what I did wrong.
