Stereo Soul Studios - Sneak Peak Picture

Last night I shot some photos for Stereo Soul Studios here in Sault Ste. Marie — I’m actually currently uploading the photos for use in a project (not by me — I’m just the photographer on this one) but some turned out looking great so I couldn’t resist not throwing one up now for general viewing.

I also have a lot more that I like a lot and will put up within the next couple of days in their own gallery. This is actually the first time I shot something that was non-active — not a band, not fireworks, not the hounds. I think it came out pretty good. Craig could be considered the art director on this shoot as well.

    Great Shot Curt! Thinking back to an older post. You were talking about the camera doing most of the work. You have to give yourself more credit. I guess you could give Craig some credit, but you need to take more as well. This photo is great!

    You should think about entering your photo(s) into photo contests. I know there’s one with the Here’s How magazine. Prizes aren’t money, but are cameras, or printers, or GPS units. They do print the 10 top photos in the magazine. Next time Black’s has them, I’ll pick one up for you.

    Having seen all the photos, I can say GOOD JOB Curt. They are very cool. And for the record, Curt is over crediting me as director … he did all the work. Stop being humble Curt!

    Sandra I actually get that magazine too from CompuSmart. I’ve seen the photo contests in there as well as the winners and don’t think my stuff is up to snuff. Maybe that’s just me though.

    With those contests, you are allowed to do any “photoshopping” that you want (you just have to tell them what you did). I think that some of your photos could be in the running even without any touch ups.
