Big Wheel and the Spokes - Live at Loplops

This past Saturday everyone’s favourite funk trio Big Wheel and the Spokes played Loplops. Of course I was there with the camera gear and I even brought out the new stuff. Lesson learned number one: I need to figure out how to use that flash. Lesson two: I sucked that night for whatever reason.

The gallery is smaller than normal as my pictures just seemed off for this one. Not sure why, maybe just not “feeling” it for this show.

Also while you’re flipping through the gallery, that is a blossom bass you see Frank playing in some of the pictures.

    It’s odd, but your mood can defiinitely effect the outcome of a photo shoot…it had happened to me on more than one occasion. I usually blame the lighting or equipment malfuntion anyway.

    I think I was in a pretty good mood but I know what you mean. If I’m sick or have a headache or something the pics are usually garbage.

    I think I was trying to do too much with the new equipment without using it before so the results weren’t where I wanted them. Still need to learn.
