History of a Camera

Here’s the second installment of History of a Camera. I’m not sure what is taking me more time putting these up; thinking of a snappy title or searching/resizing the pictures for display online.

Above is Domino running wild on Topsail Island at Bellevue Park, we wouldn’t dare let him go anymore as he’ll probably jump in the water and swim away, crazy basset hound.

History of a Camera - Jay Case

Jay Case rocking out with Big Wheel and the Spokes on Boxing Day.

History of a Camera - Jay Case, Luke McCullough, Chris Suraci

Jay Case (front), Luke McCollough (singing), Chris Suraci (drums) jamming at a musician’s night — this was a very cool thrown together set.

History of a Camera - Chris Belsito

Chris Belsito with Jay Case performing at Twelve Musicians of Christmas.

History of a Camera - Domino

History of a Camera - Jay Case and Frank Deresti

History of a Camera - Domino

Keeping with the title, Domino…

History of a Camera - Craig West

… and the Blur. Craig West accompanying Jodi Alton for her set in the Sault.

History of a Camera - Domino

Domino — I don’t even remember this picture.

History of a Camera - Blur

Can you name the musician and band? It’s Felipe with Startlefish.

As you can see over the holiday season I did a whole lot of music photography. It’s actually what got me really into it. I find it funny that none of the shots featured here are crisp and were featured in one of my galleries before. But that is the point of this project, get pictures out that you haven’t before, maybe someone will like something in it… maybe not.

There’s still time to participate in History of a Camera. Let me know if you get involved.
