Photo Shoot: March 23 2007 - Startlefish
Posted in Friends / Music / Photography by CujoMarch 27th, 2007 - 8:27 PM

After a long layoff from photography — 12 Musicians of Christmas was my last musical shoot if you’re playing a long at home — I finally made it out to a show again.
Above is Craig of Startlefish. Above is also the only photo that really turned out. What is the lesson learned? Don’t take 3 and a half months off of photography. Wow do you suck when you do that.
Anyway, enjoy the above photo as I’m not sure when I’ll get out again but hopefully soon.
I’d still love to do an art book if possible (funds) but an art show would also be killer. Maybe even just some print sales. Let me know if you’re intested in any of the above.

Maybe our new excuse for any and all bad photography no matter where it happens should be “it’s Steve’s fault”.

Hey Curt … thanks for coming out … and you’re far too self critical. Back to work for you.

Curt, I’m new to the art of producing images through the use of photosensative services. I have a NIKON D70s but i suck at it! Me thinks you should start doing some photography tutorials on this blog! [wink wink].

First, I agree, it’s ALWAYS Steve’s fault.
And not just bad photography…anything and everything that isn’t perfect - TOTALLY Steve’s doing.
Just kidding Steve, you’re my hero.
Also - I was thinking, I’d LOVE to do an art show something at the Speak. We’ve CERTAINLY got the room for it…. Maybe we should have a little conference, anyone who might be interested in such a venture.
