Happy 2nd Birthday Domino

The young hound is growing up. Domino turned two today. Unlike Fozzie we were not around on the day of Dom’s birth. We picked Domino out four weeks later when Jes noticed a posting for basset hound puppies on SooToday.com.
She called the breeder to ask if we could just see the puppies and after first laying eyes on them I knew I wanted one. After some convincing of my parents Domino became ours. He has definitely grown up quite a bit since then and his behaviour is getting better as well.
To the left is Domino his first day at my parents house - I believe 7 weeks old. He went on to eat the bush pictured behind him as well as numerous other things throughout the house.

No Milkbone cake unfortunately. And not even a puppy party — we’re horrible parents.
It was also my niece’s one year birthday party today so that took somewhat priority. Poor Dom Dom.
